1. Customized Products
All cold rooms and related equipment are made-to-order based on the specifications confirmed by the customer (including dimensions, configuration, voltage, and other technical requirements).
**Therefore, all orders are final once production has begun and are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.**
2. No Return or Exchange
Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
* Change of mind
* Incorrect selection not caused by us
* Project cancellation or delay on the buyer’s side
3. Warranty & Repair Support
We stand behind the quality of our products. In the event of any manufacturing defect or performance issue under normal use:
* We provide **technical support, troubleshooting, and repair solutions**
* Replacement parts or repair guidance will be offered as necessary under warranty terms
4. Damages & Issues
Upon receiving the goods, customers are requested to inspect the shipment immediately.
If there are any damages caused during transportation or missing parts, please notify us within **7 days** with supporting photos or videos so we can assist promptly.
5. Exceptions
In rare cases where a confirmed manufacturing defect cannot be resolved through repair or replacement parts, we will work with the customer to find a reasonable solution.
