The customer has high requirements for the construction of the cold storage, which is mainly used to store fresh fruits and vegetables of the day. The client had never built a cold storage before. With the opening of a new store, due to business needs, they found Fland through a friend's introduction. They are highly satisfied with the product quality and service quality of Fland.

The cold storage is located on the first floor of the supermarket warehouse and can store fruits such as durian, cherry, lychee, mango and longan. The temperature requirement range is between -5℃ and 10 ℃. The cold storage is 13.7 meters long, 5.65 meters wide and 2.5 meters high, with a capacity of nearly 200 cubic meters.

Enclosure system

Insulation board: Made of 10 cm thick polyurethane double-sided color steel plate, with a filling density of 40kg±2kg/m³, it features high strength and stable structure.

Considering the frequent use of the cold storage and the frequent entry and exit of forklifts, floor oxen and other handling tools, the professional engineers of Fland designed a 5-sided board structure for the customer. The floor system consists of 10 cm thick extruded polystyrene board and 7 cm thick cement floor, which can maintain the stability of the temperature inside the cold storage while also enhancing the load-bearing capacity.

Refrigeration system

In terms of the refrigeration system, it consists of one set of Fland compressor unit and one set of Fulande cold air unit. Among them, the Fulande high-efficiency integrated cold source saves 35% more energy than traditional cold storage. Fland adopts 100-step condensing pressure control for precise temperature control and 500-step electronic expansion valve control, which can quickly cool down and has high refrigeration efficiency. When paired with a cold capacity type air cooler, it is less likely to frost, has a small temperature difference and low dry loss.

It is worth mentioning that in order to better ensure the storage quality of fruits and vegetables in the cold storage, reduce the energy consumption of the cold storage and improve the insulation effect, the professional engineer team of Fulande has added a 10-centimeter cold break design for the wall panels of the cold storage.

Electronic control system

In terms of the electronic control system, it is equipped with the cold cloud management platform independently developed by Fulande. The cold storage is built with Internet of Things technology, featuring 15 all-digital sensors. Big data is used to determine the operating status of the unit, and AI monitoring and diagnosis are adopted. Early warnings are issued, and remote real-time monitoring and maintenance are carried out. It is convenient to use and more reassuring.
